Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Wondemor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid account holders.

Wondemor is a web-based theater production management platform that allows directors, producers, and production teams to manage shows, rehearsals, cast and crew, publicity, budgets, and communications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid Pro tier.

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Wondemor offers a free tier that includes access to all features for one active show. The Pro plan provides unlimited shows and is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Pricing is displayed on our billing page and is subject to change with reasonable notice.

School and educational institution discounts are available via promotion code. Wondemor reserves the right to verify eligibility for discounted rates.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Wondemor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@wondemor.com.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or enter into Wondemor, including show information, cast and crew data, bios, headshots, and announcements ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Wondemor a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright and privacy rights. You must obtain appropriate permissions before uploading images or other materials created by others.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than managing your own productions

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@wondemor.com. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export any information you need.

Wondemor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wondemor does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wondemor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
