Wondemor ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our theater production management platform at wondemor.com.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password.

Production data: Information you enter into the Service, including show names and descriptions, cast and crew names, contact information (email addresses and phone numbers), rehearsal schedules, script breakdowns, budget information, announcements, and publicity materials including bios and headshot images.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Usage data: We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails such as account confirmations
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve and develop new features for the Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard security practices. Headshot images and other uploaded files are stored using Supabase Storage.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We share your information only with the following third-party service providers who help us operate the Service:

• Supabase — database and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — web hosting and deployment

We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wondemor, our users, or the public.

When a show administrator invites someone to join a production, that person's email address is stored in our system. Invited members who create an account will have access to show information relevant to their role. Show administrators are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission to share contact information with Wondemor.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data before closing your account

Wondemor uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

School theater programs may use Wondemor to manage student productions. In these cases, the school or program administrator is responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent before entering student information into the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
