Create a show
From your dashboard, click "+ New Show" and enter the production title, opening night date, and an optional description. Each show gets its own dedicated workspace.
Add your cast & crew
Go to Cast & Crew to build your roster — names, roles, contact info, and notes. This is your internal roster and doesn't require people to have app accounts.
Invite your team
Go to Members and invite people by email. Assign each person a role: Admin (full access), Cast/Family (see schedule & announcements), or Crew. They'll receive an email and the show will appear in their dashboard.
